- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They tell you to ring up at half 8 for an on the day appointment and when I did that today I got 'the surgery is now closed' until 8:45 to then be told the only appointments were for a week in advance. Not only was the receptionist rude and quiet so I could hardly hear she also made me feel bad about having to ring up in the first place.
